I cannot say enough about the staff here. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass and I won’t get into detail, but they made sure that that vehicle was safe for me and my babies before I got out on the road. I have not had any issues with this vehicle and it runs like a champ. I will forever be grateful for all the work that they put into making it safe. The Owner and his wife were absolutely amazing and so sweet. If I ever need a car again, I’m definitely coming back.Posted on Google

Selina Holtermann1019 days agoThis is my second time dealing with Auto Value and both times have been good experiences. This time, I had service done on my vehicle and it was done in less than an hour for an alternator replacement and was WAY cheaper than had I taken it anywhere else.Posted on Google

Selina Holtermann1282 days agoI am starting over and read the reviews here on Google. I was in a situation where I had to pay with a card and, it was a life saver to find that Auto Value accepted cards. I told Ayou how much I could spend and asked him which car on the lot, in my price range, was the most reliable car. He told me which one. I test drove it, and bought it. As I was crossing the Bay, I couldn't believe how smooth this car was driving. I honestly felt safer in this car than the newer car I had before this one. He's good people and so happy that people like him exist. Thank you Ayou or, I may say Merci Beaucoup!Posted on Google

Way Bailey1376 days agoI cannot say enough wonderful things about this shop and the owner. I bought a car from him on a Saturday, the following Sunday, the transmission went out. He took care of towing it to his mechanic, and took care of over half the costs of replacing it! Considering I bought the car "as-is/no warranty", he didn't have to do any of that, but he graciously offered to "make it right". These people are in it for the right reasons!Posted on Google

You can’t beat his prices this also is a delayed review the car still runs amazing and I paid an extremely low price for it. Trust me I have in the past had a extremely bad buy from a different dealer but Auto Value goes the extra mile to make sure you know everything about the car and will help you with any need your concerned about. They truly help people out! Thank you Auto Value!Posted on Google
